The Elite2B Griddle is compact enough to fit in smaller spaces but with a 480in2 inset griddle plate it's large enough to cook up whatever your heart desires. It has 2 burners but 4 zones designed to give you precise control over your cooking surface. Ignite just the front zones, or light up all zones for wall-to-wall wind-proof heat. The included level and the adjustable casters allow you to wheel it anywhere- and ensure it's level when it's time to cook. No more second guessing- HALO's innovative burner site glasses allow you to check your burners flames from the front of the griddle. With a warm up time of 10 minutes, quickly reach your desired temperature of 300°F To 700°F and begin cooking breakfast, stir-fry, burgers, steaks, skewers- and much more. The swing-away warming rack is there when you need it, but can tuck away when you don't. And when you're finished cooking, the XL rear grease management system and built-in utensil clean off squeegee makes cleaning a breeze.
