Reliance 40 Gallon Tall Natural Gas Water Heater. It features 35,500 BTU for efficient heating, low NOx emissions for environmental friendliness, and an electronic gas control valve for precise temperature control and operational status. The piezo igniter allows for easy 1-hand pilot ignition without matches, and the pex dip tube, glass-lined tank with anode rod, and non-CFC foam insulation ensure durability and corrosion resistance. Factory-installed pex polymer lined heat trap nipples, temperature & pressure relief valve, and self-cleaning tank provide added convenience and safety. Water connection is located at the top of the tank, with a size of 3/4", and the vent size is 3 or 4". Nominal capacity is 40 gallons, rated storage volume is 38 gallons, and first hour rating is 65 gallons.
